Really enjoyed her perspective of doing things right all along and focusing on higher quality, sustainable pieces that work together for an efficient wardrobe. And especially the focus on collaboration and consensus for an egoless corporate structure. I’m sure it makes hiring and HR management a nightmare, but with a successful company continuing to grow since the 80’s, Eileen Fisher is obviously on to something. Aspiring leaders, take note!
